Eero Ettala

Eero Anselm Ettala (born October 17, 1984 in Espoo ) is a Finnish snowboarder .

Career

Eero Ettala is the winner of the freestyle.ch 2006, Zurich freestyle.ch 2009 and the Big Air Championships in Tokyo . He has been a Nitro team rider since 2000 . In addition to Nitro, Eero Ettala also rides for Oakley , Level, Bakoda, TSG, DVS, Airblaster, Ogio, Villawool, Clastzoo, Ponke's, Northstar and Red Bull. He is the first rider to have stood the Double Backside Rodeo 1080 . He shows his best part in the MDP film "Follow Me Around" . Along with the American Shaun White, he is probably one of the best snowboarders in the world.

One of the main pillars of his popularity is the German snowboard magazine Pleasure , which did his first big interview and the first printed poster of him.

Awards

He has received numerous awards such as: E.g .: European Rider of the Year (snowboarder MBM), 2nd Best Trick Ranking (snowboarder MBM), Best Video Part in Follow Me Around (Transworld and snowboarder MBM), 2nd Best Rider of the year (Transworld) and Best Jibber of the year (Transworld).
