Ross Powers
Ross Powers (born February 10, 1979 in Bennington , Vermont ) is an American snowboarder and Olympic champion.
Powers won on 11 February 2002 at the Olympic Winter Games of Salt Lake City , the gold medal with 46.1 points ahead of his teammate Danny Kass . In 1996 he became world champion in the halfpipe , in 1998 he won bronze at the Olympic Games.
