A three-axis, flat risalit divides the ten- and twelve -axis facade in the middle. The corner of the building with a Roman triumphal arch motif extends over two floors . Four Corinthian columns divide the area into three fields. The middle, larger field takes up the entrance with the round arch . The two outer, narrower fields adorn the ground floor two relief - medallions . The relief medallions adorn women who symbolize trade, industry and fertility. In the round-arched niches of the upper floor there is a male statue , the trade (with a purse , a ship's bow , an anchor and a cloth bales ), and a female statue that industry (with fire , one gear and an impeller ) symbolizes.
