Elduvík [ ˈɛldʊvʊik ] ( Danish Eldevig ) is a place in the Faroe Islands in the north of Eysturoy .

The place Funningsfjørður also belonged to the former municipality of Elduvík . The municipality had a total of 91 inhabitants (2002). Since January 1st, 2005 it has merged with the Runavík Municipality.

The picturesque town of Elduvík in the northeast of Eysturoy is visibly divided into two by the Stórá stream, where there are several older houses in traditional architectural style with a grass roof. From here you have a good view of the neighboring island of Kalsoy .
