Ellershausen coat of arms
Blazon : "In black a silver (white) oak trunk lying diagonally to the right with two branches and two leaves, accompanied by two obliquely mutilated golden (yellow) bees at the top and bottom."
Justification for the coat of arms: The coat of arms comes from a flag of the von Stockhausen family from 1742, which had a great influence in the community for centuries. In addition, beekeeping has played a major role for the people of Ellershausen since ancient times.
