Ellie Cornell
Ellie Cornell (born December 15, 1963 in Glen Cove , Long Island , New York ) is an American actress and director .
Career
Cornell began her career in 1988 with a supporting role in the feature film The Mafiosi Bride . She became internationally known with leading roles in the horror film classics Halloween IV - Michael Myers Returns (1988) and Halloween V - The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989).
In 1992 she was supposed to star alongside Tom Hanks and Madonna in the film A Class of Their Own, but had to give up her role when she became pregnant.
Cornell has been married to film producer Mark Gottwald since 1990 and has two children with him.
