Emese Judit Szász (born September 7, 1982 in Budapest ) is a Hungarian sword fencer and Olympic champion .

Szász won silver with the Degen team at the 2004 European Championships . In 2006 she won bronze in singles at the World Championships . At the 2008 Olympic Games , she reached twelfth place in the individual. In 2010, Szász won silver in singles at the World Championships . At the 2012 Olympic Games , she finished 25th in the individual. In 2013 she won individual bronze at the European Championships and the World Championships , at the 2015 European Championships as well as at the 2016 European Championships . At the 2016 Olympic Games , Szász was Olympic champion in singles.
