Emil Karl Friedrich Moritz Wagner (born December 16, 1807 in Bayreuth ; † January 11, 1848 there ) was a German Evangelical Lutheran pastor and member of the Bavarian assembly of estates .

Life

Wagner was born the son of a high school professor and attended high school in Bayreuth. He studied Protestant theology in Erlangen . During his studies in 1825 he became a member of the old Erlanger fraternity . After his exams he became vicar at the Protestant Church of St. Matthew in Munich and, in 1838, city ​​pastor at the city ​​church in Bayreuth . For the constituency of Upper Franconia (Consitorium Bayreuth) he was 1845-1846 and 1847 member of the Bavarian Estates Assembly until he took leave in 1847.
