Emma Augier de Moussac (born April 9, 1990 in Prague ) is a Czech show jumper .

Life

Emma Augier de Moussac grew up in France. She comes from an equestrian family. Her Czech mother celebrated successes in France as a show jumper up to the national Grand Prix level, her uncle trains racehorses. At the age of 15 Augier de Moussac decided to become a show jumper, but did not concentrate fully on the sport until the age of 17. As a young rider she took part in the European Championships in her age group in 2008 (with L. Silver Joter ) and 2011 (with Wembley ).

With Danthe she won the Nations Cup of Hungary in July 2014 as part of the Czech team . In September of that year she took part in an international championship for the first time after leaving the young rider age, at the World Equestrian Games in Caen she took Danthe back places (24th place with the team, 109th place in the individual). The following year she took part in the European Championships in Aachen with Charlie Brown (22nd place with the team, 84th place in the individual)

In 2015 she was part of the victorious Nations Cup team in Linz with Charlie Brown , she was also at the Nations Cup in Budapest (2nd place with Charlie Brown ) and Arezzo (3rd place with Charlie Brown ) as well as the Nations Cup final in Barcelona (also with Charlie Brown ) at the start. Due to the strong results in the 2015 season, the Czech Republic rose to the European top league of the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup for the first time. In the Europa League 1, Augier de Moussac played with Charlie Brown in 2016 in St. Gallen , Falsterbo and Dublin .

Augier de Moussac trained with Paul Schockemöhle , Jeroen Dubbeldam , Hendrik Snoek and Heinrich-Hermann Engemann , among others . After a few years in Torben Köhlbrandt's stable in Ibbenbüren , she is now stationed with Vincent Voorn in Weert .
