Erhan Kartal started playing club football in Muğla Province in the youth of Yeni Milasspor and joined the youth team of Denizlispor in 2005 . Here he received a professional contract in the summer of 2010, but continued to play mainly for the youth team. He also took part in the training of professionals and was on the squad of the professional team. So he made his professional debut on May 2, 2010 in a first division match against Gençlerbirliği Ankara . For the 2010/11 season Denizlispor rose from the TFF 1st Lig . Kartal stayed in the squad and completed three league and three cup encounters with the professionals in his second season. For the second half of the 2015/16 season, his club loaned him to the second division side Şanlıurfaspor . In the summer of 2016 he left Kasımpaşa Istanbul for good and moved to league rivals and promoted Alanyaspor . He loaned him to the second division Büyükşehir Gaziantepspor for the second half of the 2016/17 season . For the 2017/18 season he moved to the second division side Adana Demirspor .
