Eric Johnson (actor)
Eric Johann Johnson (born August 7, 1979 in Edmonton , Alberta ) is a Canadian actor .
Life
Eric Johnson was born in Edmonton, the younger of two sons. At the age of 9 he attended a theater school. He made his first television appearance in 1992 in an episode of the Ray Bradbury Theater . This was followed by the role of young Tristan (played in the adult version of Brad Pitt ) in Legends of Passion . Johnson was best known in the role of Whitney Fordman in Smallville . On the set of Smallville , he also met his future wife Adria Budd, who worked there as a casting assistant. The two married on August 7, 2004. In October 2007, their first child, a daughter, was born.
In 2007 he played the lead role in the television series Flash Gordon , but the series was discontinued after a season. In total, his work includes more than 60 film and television productions.
He is also the new English dubbing voice for Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell , replacing Michael Ironside .
