Erich Sondermann

Erich Sondermann (born March 13, 1888 in Gummersbach , † 1959 in Siegen ) was a German lawyer and bank manager .

Life

Erich Sondermann was born as the son of the major Gummersbach entrepreneur and factory owner Emil Wilhelm Sondermann (1843–1907), a grandson of the Upper Mountain industrial pioneer Johann Wilhelm Sondermann . After graduating from high school in Düsseldorf, he graduated from the Barmer Bankverein Hinsberg, Fischer & Comp. KGaA completed a banking apprenticeship in the branches in Krefeld and Cologne . He then studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster six semesters law . In 1909 he became a member of the Corps Franconia in Munich . After the 1st state examination in Hamm, he completed a legal clerkship in Waldbröl and Cologne from 1911 . At the University of Greifswald he was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD . At the beginning of 1915, Sondermann became in-house counsel at the Chemnitz Bank Corporation in Chemnitz . On January 1, 1923, he was appointed director of the Dresden branch of Commerz- und Privatbank AG .

Erich Sondermann was a member of the supervisory board of Dessauer Möbelfabrik AG in Dessau , Joh. Gottl. Hafftmann AG in Pirna , König-Friedrich-August-Hütte AG in Dölzschen near Dresden, Sondermann & Stier AG in Chemnitz, Tetra AG in Chemnitz, August Walther & Söhne AG in Ottendorf-Okrilla near Dresden and Zwickauer Maschinenfabrik in Zwickau .
