Ernst Wirth

Ernst Philipp Heinrich Wirth (born July 24, 1820 in Ravensburg , † September 5, 1878 in Oberndorf ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Wirth attended the Latin school in Waiblingen until 1834 and then the grammar school in Stuttgart until 1838 . Between 1838 and 1841 he studied in Tübingen and then to 1842 in Munich law . During his studies in 1839 he became a member of the Germania Tübingen fraternity . Until 1844 he was engaged in philosophical studies. In 1845 he passed the first state examination and was then a legal trainee at the court in Esslingen , then at the city court in Stuttgart. In 1846 he passed the second state examination and was then assistant judge at the Neckarsulm Higher Regional Court for 3 months and judicial actuary in Öhringen until June 1850 and in Tuttlingen until January 1858 . Until July 1858 he was the chief magistrate in Freudenstadt , from then on he was chief magistrate in Horb until 1858 and then in the same position in Oberndorf.

From 1877 to 1878 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Württemberg 8 ( Freudenstadt , Horb , Oberndorf , Sulz ) and the National Liberal Party , which appeared in Württemberg as the German party .
