action

Taxi driver Billy Reynolds is hired by John Dyke to drive shady characters from the English underworld in Essex . During a trip with Jason Locke, who has just been released from prison, Reynolds proves his worth and is lured away by Locke. But Locke gives birth to a sociopath who not only beats up his wife Lisa, but also magically attracts problems. Billy wins Lisa’s trust, but Lisa only plays with him. Jason and his two friends want a piece of the booming ecstasy market and put Dyke under pressure. He finally agrees. But the stuff he offers them is bad. Not only do many consumers end up in the hospital; Jason also kills a prostitute while drunk that Billy has to dispose of for him.

Jason then clashes with Dyke. In agony, he promises them one last deal that should bring everyone enough money so that they never have to do anything again. However, Jason decides to kill Dyke after the deal. What he doesn't know: Dyke has meanwhile started an affair with Lisa and in turn has found allies who can help him. He beats Jason and shoots him and his two accomplices. He lets Billy go.

When the police show up at Lisa the next day, Billy is also present. Both claim to have nothing to do with the murder. But this is not enough for Dyke, he threatens Billy on his property with a dug grave. Billy decides to take control of the drug market with Lisa, but Dyke finds out about them. He sets a trap for him, but after a shootout, Billy can go away with a large amount of drugs. He meets Lisa in a motel. When he takes a bath, Lisa disappears and leaves him to the police. Billy becomes a key witness and incriminates Dyke and his allies. Lisa has usurped the drug market.
