Eszter Krutzler

Eszter Krutzler [ ˈɛstɛr ˈkrutslɛr ] (born April 4, 1981 in Szombathely ) is a Hungarian weightlifter .

Life

Eszter Krutzler grew up in her hometown, a town with a great sports tradition, and came to weightlifting there as a teenager after doing gymnastics beforehand . It was systematically built up by the coaches Péter Baczakó and Ferenc Antalovits, both former world class weightlifters, and competed in their first international competitions at the age of 15.

The 1.60 meter tall athlete belongs to the sports club BKV Előre SC. At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens she won the silver medal in the class up to 69 kg body weight.

According to the IWF, she finished 12th at the European Championships in the weight class up to 63 kg with a duel performance of 190 kg.
