Eugene Clark (* 3. December 1951 as Eugene Anthony Clark in Tampa , Florida ) is a former American football poker players, an American actor and singer.

American football

Clark played on the University of California's American football team as an offensive guard. He was called up for the first team of the All Star and played in the Pacific Eight and the West Coast Athletic Conferences. Clark won the All Star All American Honorable Mention and was inducted into the Pittsburgh Steelers' squad in the 1975 round 9 of the NFL Draft . Because of his failure to appear at a game of the National Football League , he was expelled from the team. In the 1977/1978 season he played twenty games for the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League .

actor

Clark was involved in many film productions as an actor on US and Canadian television . He achieved great success in 1994 as one of the main actors in the science fiction series Tek War - Warriors of the Future (1994) by William Shatner , in which he interpreted Sid Gomez. He also played In the Heat of the Night , The Twilight Zone , Side Effects and Sue Thomas: FBI and in a supporting role in Trailer Park Boys: The Movie . Clark also starred in the film VH1, as well as in the Michael Jackson film adaptation of Man In The Mirror and in The Legend of the Haunted Mountain .

He also worked as a theater actor. There he also played the character of the zombie leader "Big Daddy", his most famous role , in the theater production Land of the Dead by George A. Romero .

Eugene Clark is also active as a singer. 3 CDs were produced with him as a singer.
