Eva Calvo Gómez (born July 29, 1991 in Madrid ) is a Spanish Taekwondoin .
Career
Eva Calvo secured bronze in the weight class up to 57 kilograms at the 2013 World Championships in Puebla and silver in 2015 in Chelyabinsk . In 2014 she became European champion in the same weight class in Baku . A year later she took part in the European Games in Baku , where she won bronze. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , Calvo reached the final fight after three victories, in which she was defeated by Jade Jones 7:16 and thus received the silver medal.
Her sister Marta is also Taekwondoin.
