Eva Twardokens (born April 28, 1965 in Reno , Nevada ) is a former American ski racer .

In the Ski World Cup it was able to win a race, but in super-G and giant slalom she reached several podiums. In addition, she also achieved a 4th place in slalom in Sestriere (ITA) in December 1985 as the best result and in the alpine combination she was among the top 10.

She also achieved good placements at two Olympic Winter Games and four World Ski Championships, in which she finished in the top 10 no less than ten times. However, due to an injury, she was absent for the 1987/88 World Cup season and thus also at the 1988 Olympics, because she suffered a torn ligament in her right knee in the first round of the World Cup slalom in Sestriere on November 26, 1987 (source: "Volkszeitung Kärnten" from 27 November 1987, page 46; title "With new technology for the first victory in slalom", last paragraph).

Twardokens had the greatest success of her career at the 1985 World Ski Championships in Bormio , when she won the bronze medal in the giant slalom. Twardokens ended her career at this site in March 1995.
