The Protestant church is a listed church building in Brandoberndorf , a district of the Waldsolms community in the Lahn-Dill district ( Central Hesse ).

History and architecture

The basement of the former fortified Romanesque west tower, which is only accessible through the ship , is barrel vaulted . The upper floors were originally only accessible from the outside. The tower parlor and the bonnet are from the end of the 17th century. The essentially Gothic nave with a three-sided choir was redesigned at the end of the 17th century. Inside the north wall, a Gothic wall painting was uncovered in 1964 . The pulpit dates from the beginning of the 18th century.
