Ezio Marano

Ezio Marano (born August 6, 1927 in Brescia , † April 26, 1991 in Rome ) was an Italian actor .

Marano was initially a stage actor . He played in plays by Renzo Rosso , Bertolt Brecht and Luigi Pirandello until he worked for Italian television and from 1968 to 1986 also for movies. He was neither set on roles nor on genres; he starred in horror films as in comedies. His pseudonym was Alan Abbott .

His film appearances became known alongside Bud Spencer and Terence Hill in The Right and Left Hand of the Devil and Two Out of Control , in The Murder of Matteotti , The Rabid and in Ginger and Fred , his last film.
