FIBA Europe Player of the Year Award

The FIBA Europe Player Of The Year Award was given from 2005 to 2014 by FIBA Europe , the European basketball association, in four categories (men, women, U22 men, U22 women) for the best European basketball player. Experts (international media representatives, coaches and players) as well as fans voted on the respective winners. The vote was weighted 70 percent by the experts and 30 percent by the fan voting. Only players of European origin were awarded, regardless of where they played.
