The FV Viktoria Wasseralfingen 1908 eV is a German football club based in Aalen district Wasseralfingen in Baden-Württemberg Ostalbkreis .
history
The association was founded in 1908 under the name Suevia Wasseralfingen . Shortly afterwards, the club got its current name.
Soccer
Founded until World War II
In the 1939/40 season , the club entered Group II of qualification for the promotion round to the Gauliga Württemberg . There they were defeated, however, with 3: 8 on the two legs of 1. FC Eislingen . For the 1944/45 season , the club was then allowed to rise from the district league. After five games that the team had played, the game operation in season 1 was canceled due to the advancing Second World War. At this point the club was in seventh and last place in the table with 0:10 points and a goal difference of 9:41 points.

For the 1954/55 season, the club qualified as a participant in the 2nd amateur league for the WFV Cup . There they lost 1: 2 to the Sportfreunde Schwäbisch Hall .
In the 2004/05 season, the team played in the district league East Württemberg. With 32 points the team landed in 13th place at the end of the season. In the next season it became the district league A , in which the club should also end the season in 13th place. For the season 2015/16 the FV, the DJK and the SV formed from Wasseralfingen in the football field a syndicate named SG Wasseralfingen Union . This still plays in the district league A today .
Other departments
In 1951 a table tennis department was founded, and in 1974 a women's gymnastics department. In 1981 a tennis department followed. This department then existed until 2006, after which it was given up due to a lack of gaming operations. In 2007 the table tennis department was also dissolved, as the active members switched to TSV Wasseralfingen .
