Fedor Radmann (born September 5, 1944 in Berchtesgaden ) is a German sports official .

Radmann's father was head of catering at the Bayreuth Festival , where Fedor one day replaced striking employees with students at short notice.

Radmann's career as a sports official began in 1969 when Willi Daume brought him to the organizing committee of the Munich Olympic Games as head of the tourism, accommodation and information department . After the games, he was the spa director of the Berchtesgadener Land tourist association for six years - today the Berchtesgaden-Königssee tourist region . From 1979 he worked for Adidas for ten years with responsibility for Promotion and International Relations . At the same time he worked for the International Sport and Leisure Group in the area of ​​sports marketing.

From 1989 to 1990 he was managing director of the sports rights marketer CWL Marketing in Switzerland, where Günter Netzer also worked, and from 1990 to 2001 he was managing partner in S&K Marketingberatung in Munich, which he and the CWL founder César W. Lüthi founded shortly before.

In 1993 he organized the ice hockey world championship in Munich and Dortmund . In January 2001, at the suggestion of Horst R. Schmidt, he became Vice President of the Organizing Committee for the 2006 World Cup , headed by Franz Beckenbauer . After criticism of a possible conflict of interest, Radmann terminated his consulting contract with the Kirch Group in 2003 and let the Adidas deal with him. In June 2003 he resigned from his position as Vice-President of the Organizing Committee and became an advisor to the Presidium for Art and Culture as well as Marketing and Tourism.

From March 2006 to January 2007, when he surprisingly withdrew for health reasons, Radmann, who one day went to school in Salzburg, succeeded the resigned Toni Schutti, who returned to his previous position as managing director of Austrian sports aid, managing director of the application City of Salzburg for the 2014 Winter Olympics and then worked for Australia's application for the 2022 World Cup .

Radmann's main residence is in the Teufen near Sankt Gallen. As a result of the corruption allegations surrounding the awarding of the 2006 World Cup, the Swiss Federal Prosecutor's Office initiated criminal proceedings against Radmann on November 6, 2015 on suspicion of fraud, improper agency, money laundering and embezzlement. Another criminal proceeding was initiated against him on suspicion of forgery of documents and money laundering, because between 2008 and 2011 FIFA transferred 5.4 million Swiss francs, which were declared as wages and allowances for Franz Beckenbauer , to an account of Radmann, of which Radmann half forwarded to a Beckenbauer account. Radmann is said to have concealed from his bank that Beckenbauer was the real beneficiary of the money.

As part of the award of the 2018 World Cup to Russia , Radmann is accused of having offered Franz Beckenbauer's vote for the award for a sum of three million euros and a further 1.5 million euros if successful.
