The Ferbach is a right tributary of the Hillscheider Bach near Schoenstatt , a district of the city of Vallendar . It flows through the Westerwaldkreis and the Mayen-Koblenz district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The Ferbach rises at a height of about 240  m above sea level. NHN in the center of the Höhr district in Höhr-Grenzhausen .

From here it flows to the west and at the end of the village goes under Landesstraße 308.Behind the sewage treatment plant on Kirchgrund, the Aubach flows in from the right and coming from Grenzhausen , then the brook turns to the southwest, passes the small fort Ferbach on the right and enters the urban area of Vallendar a.

Here it runs west and parallel to Landesstraße 308 to the Schönstatt district of Vallendar , where it flows as a right tributary into the Hillscheider Bach .
