Ferdinand Friedrich Hoff (born January 6, 1867 in Bergenhusen ; † October 16, 1942 in Kiel ) was a teacher and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Hoff attended elementary school, the preparatory institute and the seminar in Eckernförde from 1884 to 1887. From 1887 he was a teacher in Kiel. He served in Infantry Regiment No. 85 . From 1906 he was a city councilor in Kiel and from 1907 a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency of Kiel- Rendsburg . He wrote numerous articles on cultural-political and economic content.

From 1912 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Province of Schleswig-Holstein 5 ( Norderdithmarschen , Süderdithmarschen , Steinburg ) and the Progressive People's Party . From 1921 to 1932 he was a member of the Prussian Landtag for the German Democratic Party .
