The Moers telecommunications tower is located in the Meerbeck district of the North Rhine-Westphalian city ​​of Moers ( Wesel district ). The type tower FMT 13 , which however has a five meter longer point, was built in 1989 by the Deutsche Bundespost on the forest road. The lower platform is 99.95 m high, the upper platform 108.20 m high. It has a total height of 163 m above sea level ( 190.5  m above sea level ) and today belongs to the Telekom subsidiary DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH .
