Festus Mbandeka

Festus Katuna Mbandeka (* 20th century in South West Africa ) is a Namibian lawyer and has been attorney-general in the Geingob II cabinet since 2020 .

Mbandeka previously worked in the private sector as CEO of the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) since September 2015. Prior to that, he worked in the Attorney-General's office and was legal advisor to the mobile operator MTC Namibia .

Mbandeka was admitted to the High Court in 1997 .
