Fib Congress

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The fib congress for women in engineering at the VDI has been held in Germany every two years on average since 1990. It is organized alternately by various VDI district associations.

subjects

The program of each fib congress has a different focus. The scientific contributions are made by the participants. Patrons or invited external speakers at the fib congresses are generally high-ranking politicians such as Renate Schmidt , Christa Thoben , Ruth Wagner or Petra Roth , who often give the opening speech. Another item on the program are company tours or other guided tours, such as B. Bielefeld City Theater, which was built according to SIL 3.

Next congress

The 19th fib congress is being planned and will take place in Hanover from June 11th to 13th, 2021.
