Finn Dittelbach (born April 13, 1990 in Flensburg ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career

Indoor volleyball

Dittelbach played in the youth teams of TSV Husum and FT Adler Kiel since 2003 . In 2008, the outside attacker was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga with FT Adler . In 2010/11 Dittelbach played for one season with Bundesliga club Netzhoppers KW-Bestensee , where he returned in 2014. In 2017/18 he played for third division club TKC Wriezen .

beach volleyball

Since 2003 Dittelbach has played with various partners at national and international beach volleyball tournaments. With Rasmus Mumme he finished seventh at the U18 European Championships in Bratislava in 2006 . With Jannis Ulke he finished fifth at the U20 European Championships in Kos in 2009 . At the side of Dirk Böckermann , Dittelbach reached seventh place at the German championships in 2010 . Steffen Drößler was his partner from 2010 to 2012 . In 2013 he first played with Lars Flüggen . When the duo Koreng / Walkenhorst split in June 2013 , Dittelbach started with the former German champion and Olympian Eric Koreng. Dittelbach / Koreng took fifth place at the German championships . In 2014 they finished ninth at the European Championships in Cagliari . Since 2015 Dittelbach has only played sporadically at national tournaments.

Trainer

In 2016/17 Dittelbach was assistant coach of the Bundesliga women from Köpenicker SC .

Professional

After his active career, Dittelbach accompanies various beach volleyball teams such as Böckermann / Flüggen and Begemann / Karpa at training camps and tournaments. In addition to sports, he works for an energy company and studies psychology at the Humboldt University in Berlin .
