Fjodor Fjodorowitsch Radezki ( Russian Фёдор Фёдорович Радецкий , scientific transliteration Fëdor Fëdorovič Radeckij ; born July 28, 1820 in Kazan ; † January 14, 1890 ) was a general in the Russian army .
