Folsom is a village in St. Tammany Parish , Louisiana , in the United States . The population was 525 at the last 2000 census . The place is named after Grover Cleveland's wife , Frances Cornelia Folsom Cleveland-Preston , and is the birthplace of Werly Fairburn , a country and rockabilly singer.
