Fosseuse is a commune Déléguée in the French municipality of Bornel with 732 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France .

The municipality of Fosseuse was incorporated into Bornel on January 1st, 2016. The municipality was in the arrondissement of Beauvais and was part of the Communauté de communes des Sablons and the canton of Méru .

geography

The former municipality on the edge of the Pays de Thelle, which extends to the south as far as the Autoroute A16, is about six kilometers southeast of Méru on the Esches River , which rises as Ru de Méru in Méru and flows into the Oise in the former municipality of Persan . The course of the Esches is followed by the railway line from Épinay-Villetaneuse to Le Tréport-Mers, which has a stop (Gare d'Esches) in Esches (Oise) just outside the former municipality of Fosseuse.
