Francesca Dallapé (born June 24, 1986 in Trento ) is an Italian diver . She starts jumping from the 3 m board and with Tania Cagnotto at 3 m synchronized jumping .

Career

Dallapé took part in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and was sixth in synchronized jumping alongside her then synchronous partner Noemi Bátki . At the 2012 Olympic Games in London , she and her partner Tania Cagnotto took fourth place. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she and Tania Cagnotto won the silver medal in the 3 m synchronous competition.

At world championships, her greatest sporting successes were winning two silver medals with partner Tania Cagnotto at the 2009 home world championships in Rome in the 3 m synchronized competition and four years later at the swimming world championships in Barcelona .

At the European Swimming Championships , she won the title eight times in a row in the same discipline between 2009 and 2016, always with Tania Cagnotto as a partner.

After the birth of her daughter in 2017, she resumed training with Tania Cagnotto at the end of 2018, with the aim of qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo .
