Franciczek Dionizy Morawski-Dzierzykraj (German: Franz von Morawski-Dzierzykraj ; born August 4, 1868 on Gut Lubonia; † January 2, 1938 in Krakow ) was a Polish landowner, publicist and politician of the Polish minority in the German Empire .

Life

He initially received private lessons and later attended high school in Lissa . He then attended the universities in Breslau and Munich , as well as the École des sciences politiques and the Institut agronomique in Paris . After that he managed his estates, which were mainly located in Austria. He later lived as a reindeer and a publicist. He wrote on political and economic topics. These appeared in Polish, German and French. He was also the editor and editor of a conservative clerical paper.

He was a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Province of Poznan , and at times he was Vice-Marshal of the Assembly. From November 8, 1910 to 1918 he was a member of the Reichstag and from 1913 to 1917 a member of the Prussian House of Representatives , from which he left when he moved to the Prussian mansion. He was a member of the Polish parliamentary group in both parliaments . On January 17, 1917, he was appointed to the Prussian manor house . After the re-establishment of the Polish state, he belonged to the Sejm .
