Francis Kipkoech Bowen
Francis Kipkoech Bowen (born October 12, 1973 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner . In 2005 he finished seventh in the Philadelphia half marathon and in 2006 second in the 25 km from Berlin and third in the Frankfurt marathon .
In 2007, he finished second in the Hong Kong Marathon , fourth in the Route du Vin and eighth in Frankfurt. In 2008 he finished fourth in the Ottawa Marathon and seventh in the Eindhoven Marathon .
In 2009 he won the marathon for the inauguration of the Incheon Bridge and in 2010 the Cologne Marathon .
