Francisco de Paula Victor (Bishop)
Francisco de Paula Victor (born November 11, 1935 in Paraisópolis , Brazil , † November 21, 2018 in Brasília ) was a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Brasília .
Life
Francisco de Paula Victor was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Brasília on December 1, 1990 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Brasília and titular bishop of Turres in Numidia on August 28, 1996 .
The Archbishop of Brasília, José Cardinal Freire Falcão , donated him episcopal ordination on October 26th of the same year ; Co -consecrators were Archbishop Alfio Rapisarda , Apostolic Nuncio in Brazil , and Geraldo do Espírito Santo Ávila , Archbishop of the Brazilian Military Ordinary .
On February 23, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
