Frank Stippler (born April 9, 1975 in Cologne ) is a German professional racing driver in touring car and GT racing .

Career

Frank Stippler started his career at the age of 18 in a historic Alfa Romeo that he restored and tuned himself for over three years and came to modern racing through a test in a Ford Escort Cosworth from tuner Wolf.

He was runner-up in the Porsche Carrera Cup in 2000 and 2002. In 2001, he took the team Zakspeed in the Chrysler Viper GTS-R at the 24 Hours Nürburgring in part. In 2002 he won the "Autocar Drift Challenge", a show event in which racing drivers from many racing series, including Formula 1, take part.
