František Felix (born April 1928 ) is a former Czechoslovakian ski jumper .
Career
Felix had his first documented international appearance in a jumping competition in February 1950 in Štrbské Pleso , where he won the competition ahead of Matti Suoniemi and Hubert Rieger . A little more than a year later, he demonstrated his class in a special international ski jumping event on the large Thuringian hill in Oberhof as part of the GDR winter sports championships in 1951, when he was only beaten by Poland Leopold Tajner and Herbert Friedel from Klingenthal in third place .
At the X. Academic Winter Games in Semmering in 1953 , Felix took third place on the Lichtenstein-Schanze behind Juri Skworzow and Sven Haakonsson . Three weeks later he also came third at the Czech Marzsarz Memorial in Zakopane . At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1954 in Falun , Felix was part of the Czechoslovak delegation. At the Källviksbacken competition, he came 19th after jumps on 70 and 75 meters.
Felix was a participant in the Four Hills Tournament 1957/58 . There he reached 21st place on the Schattenbergschanze in Oberstdorf on December 29, 1957. In Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the Great Olympic Hill, he landed 28th in the New Year's event after 35th place on the Bergiselschanze in Innsbruck and 45th place on Paul-Ausserleitner -Schanze in Bischofshofen , he finished the tour with 763.2 points in 26th place overall.
