Franz Joseph Vogel
Franz Joseph Vogel (* 1684 or 1686 in Wettenhausen ; † 1756 ) was a German plasterer and builder .
Life
Among other things, Franz Joseph Vogel worked for the St. Blasien Monastery , from where he received the order in 1724 for the reconstruction of Bonndorf Castle, for which he also designed a model. He also designed the St. Nicholas Chapel in Bonndorf, built in 1726/27 .
He was not related to the younger plasterer Franz Anton Vogel , but a collaboration is likely. The carpenter and cabinet maker Martin Walther was his brother-in-law.
