Friedrich von Degenfeld-Schonburg

Friedrich Graf von Degenfeld-Schonburg (born February 5, 1878 in Ludwigsburg , † October 12, 1969 in Schleching ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Life

Degenfeld-Schonburg studied law at the Georg-August University and had been a member of the Corps Saxonia Göttingen since 1898 .

After the state examination he became a court trainee in 1901 and a government trainee in 1904 in the civil service of the Kingdom of Prussia . As a government assessor , he came to the district office in the Lower Silesian district of Reichenbach (Eulengebirge) in 1906 and to the government in Stade in 1910 . On December 6, 1912 provisionally and finally in March 1913 he became district administrator of the Reichenbach district. When the district of Nimptsch and the district of Reichenbach were merged on October 1, 1932 to form the new district of Reichenbach (Eulengebirge), he took over the new district office. At the same time, he was the blow to Prussia by Papen as Oberpräsident with the provisional administration of the Upper Presidium of Lower Silesia in Wroclaw commissioned.

As a member of the German National People's Party , he was put into temporary retirement by the National Socialists immediately after the Reichstag election in March 1933 . Until 1935 he was Reich Commissioner for the local health insurance funds in Berlin. From 1938 he lived in Schleching in Upper Bavaria .

He was a partner in a family estate in Württemberg . He was married to Huberta born in 1905 . Baroness of Berlepsch .
