Friedrich Schmitt (politician, 1866)

Friedrich Schmitt (born March 31, 1866 in Neustadt im Black Forest ; † March 8, 1941 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) was a German politician and administrative officer.

Life

Friedrich Schmitt, son of a chief forester, studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg and the Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg . In 1887 he became a member of the Corps Suevia Freiburg . In 1891 he passed the 1st and in 1895 the 2nd state examination in law. In 1900 he became a bailiff at the Lahr district office and in 1902 at the Überlingen district office . In 1903 he became secretary at the Baden Administrative Court in Karlsruhe . In 1906 he became senior bailiff and second official in the Rastatt district office . In 1907 he moved to the Boxberg District Office , where he was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1908. In 1910 he moved to the district office of Wertheim and in 1911 to the district office of Eberbach . After its dissolution in 1924, he was initially the second official in the Heidelberg district office . From 1927 until his retirement in 1931 he was district administrator for the district of Müllheim .
