Friedrich Winter (born March 7, 1902 in Fröhstockheim , † June 10, 1982 in Fürth ) was a German lawyer and politician ( CSU ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school in 1921, Winter began studying law and political science at the universities in Erlangen , Berlin and Munich , which he completed in 1926 with the first state examination in law and after his preparatory service at courts and authorities in Nuremberg and Fürth in 1926 Doctorate to Dr. jur. and finished in 1928 with the second state examination in law. During his studies in 1921 he became a member of the Bubenruthia Erlangen fraternity . He worked as a lawyer in Fürth from 1929 and was admitted to the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court in 1932 in the same position . From 1940 to 1945 he worked as an employee at the district office in Fürth. After the end of the war he worked again as a lawyer.

Political party

Winter joined the CSU in 1952 and from 1954 was chairman of the CSU district association in Fürth.

MP

Winter was a council member of the city ​​of Fürth and was elected chairman of the CSU parliamentary group there in 1952. He was a member of the German Bundestag from March 6, 1956, when he replaced the resigned MP Karl Graf von Spreti , until 1961 and from February 2, 1962, when he replaced the deceased MP Philipp Meyer , until 1965. In the second and fourth electoral terms he entered parliament via the Bavarian state list. In the third electoral term (1957–1961) he represented the constituency of Nuremberg - Fürth in the Bundestag .
