Friedrich von Quadt-Wykradt-Isny

Friedrich Graf von Quadt-Wykradt-Isny (born December 23, 1818 in Isny , † October 24, 1892 in Moos Castle (Lindau) ) was a Bavarian diplomat and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

He was born the son of Count Wilhelm Otto Friedrich Albert Count von Quadt zu Wykradt and Isny (1783–1849) and his wife Countess Maria Anna née. von Thurn-Valsassina (1788–1867).

The Bavarian Councilor Otto von Quadt-Wykradt-Isny (1817–1899) was his brother.

Quadt-Wykradt-Isny attended high school in Kempten and the university in Munich . He acted as the interim charge d'affaires of 1848 from in St. Petersburg , Hannover and Paris . In 1848 he was a member of the preliminary parliament . From 1860 he was envoy in Hanover , from 1867 in Brussels and from 1868 to 1870 in Paris. In 1871 he was the Bavarian envoy to the peace negotiations in Brussels and signed the protocol to the peace treaty with France in Berlin .

He belonged to the German Reichstag from 1874 to 1877 for the constituency of Middle Franconia 4 ( Eichstätt , Weißenburg ) and from 1881 to 1884 for the constituency of Swabia 6 ( Immenstadt , Sonthofen , Kempten , Lindau ) for the German Center Party .

Friedrich von Quadt-Wykradt-Isny was married twice. With his first wife, Sophie Thierry-von der Mark (* May 9, 1818 - April 12, 1856), widow of Count von Panisse-Passis and daughter of Marianne von der Mark , he had the following children:

  • Otto Gebhard Lothar (born January 17, 1856 - † September 28, 1928)

His second wife was Countess Maria Anna Pauline von Rechberg and Rothenlöwen (* December 18, 1834, † May 3, 1910) daughter of Albert von Rechberg . He had the following children with her:
