Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 30 (Munich)
The building at Fritz-Reuter-Straße 30 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1896. The villa on Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with a ground floor bay window , wood-paneled balcony, bay tower and half-timbered structure was built in the local style according to plans by the architects' office August Exter .
