The building at Fritz-Reuter-Straße 3 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1894. The house on Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The two-storey saddle roof building with a polygonal bay window was built in the Heimat style according to plans by the architects' office August Exter .

In 1913 a renovation took place because the villas from August Exter's office were often too small.
