Fritz Rüth

Fritz Rüth (born October 19, 1905 in Mitterteich , Upper Palatinate , † October 23, 1986 ) was a German chief finance president .

Life

Fritz Rüth studied law and economics and joined the Bavarian financial administration. He worked at the tax offices in Selb, Bayreuth, Hersbruck and Nuremberg. In 1961 he was appointed chief finance president in Munich. From 1973 to 1975 he was chairman of the board of the Federal Association of German Foundations .

In 1968 Fritz Rüth was appointed Knight of the Order of the Knights of the Holy Sepulcher by Cardinal Grand Master Eugène Cardinal Tisserant and on July 8, 1968 in Munich by Lorenz Cardinal Jaeger , Grand Prior of the German Lieutenancy, and Hermann Josef Abs , Lieutenant in Germany, in the Order invested.

He was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit on January 13, 1964 .

Rüth had been a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Ostmark Nürnberg since 1931 and later joined the KDStV Radaspona (Regensburg) Munich.
