Fritz Wolf (politician)

Friedrich Wolf (born March 25, 1853 in loan yesterday ; † May 17, 1922 Mainz-Gonsenheim ) was a German doctor, Hessian politician ( progress ) and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Land estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Friedrich Wolf was the son of pastor Karl Wolf (1812-1883) and his wife Amalie, nee Lauckhard (1816-1872). Wolf, who was of Protestant faith, married Katharina, born Scherer, on October 3, 1880 in Mainz. He studied medicine in Berlin and was an assistant doctor in Mainz from 1876 to 1884. In 1884 he was a doctor in Ober-Ingelheim and in 1885 in Wachenheim. From 1895 he practiced in Gonzenheim.

From 1910 to 1918 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Rheinhessen 9 (or from election period 34:10) / Ober-Ingelheim . Since 1909 he was a member of the Gonsenheim council.
