Fromager is located in the south of the Ivory Coast and borders in the north with Haut-Sassandra and Marahoué , in the east with Lacs and Lagunes and in the south with Sud-Bandama and Bas-Sassandra . The region is divided into the Gagnoa and Oumé departments .
