Marahoué is a former administrative region of the Ivory Coast with the capital Bouaflé . Until 2011, the regions formed the highest administrative level in the country. Since then, the region has been under the district of Sassandra-Marahoué .

According to the 2014 census, 862,334 people live in the region.

The region is divided into the Bouaflé , Sinfra and Zuénoula departments .
