Agnéby-Tiassa is an administrative region of the Ivory Coast , in the Lagunes district in the south of the country.

It borders in the north on the Lacs region (with the regions Bélier and Moronou ), in the east on the La Mé region , in the south on the Atlantic Ocean , in the southeast on the Autonomous District of Abidjan , in the southwest on the Grands Ponts region and in the west to the district of Gôh-Djiboua (with the regions Lôh-Djiboua and Gôh ). Agnéby-Tiassa is divided into the departments of Agboville , Sikensi , Taabo and Tiassalé . The capital of the region is Agboville . Agnéby-Tiassa was recreated on September 28, 2011. According to the 2014 census, 606,852 people live in Agnéby-Tiassa on an area of ​​9080 km², which results in a population density of 66.8 inhabitants per km².

Agricultural products of the region include cocoa and coffee for export, but also oil palms and rubber trees . Both the motorway from Abidjan to Yamoussoukro and the Abidjan-Niger railway to Burkina Faso cross the region in a north-south direction.
